Located in a wooded residential neighborhood, these multi-level townhomes lie within a quarter-mile of both the Peak 9 base village and Breckenridge’s Victorian-facade Main Street. A complimentary shuttle stops just across the street. Townhomes provide one, two, or three bedrooms and include fireplaces, full kitchens, washer/dryers, and cable television. Balconies or patios afford Rocky Mountain or village views. An indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center are available to townhome guests at the sister property Great Divide Lodge, which sits just 3 blocks from here. Similarly, conference facilities for special events are available at sister properties - Village at Breckenridge Resort, Mountain Thunder, and the Great Divide Lodges.

Driving directions from DEN: Head north on Pena Blvd which becomes I-70 W and travel for 85 miles to Frisco (Exit 203). Turn left onto Hwy 9 S toward Frisco/Breckenridge and travel for 9 miles to Breckenridge where Hwy 9 becomes Main Street. At south end of town, turn right onto S Park Ave. Continue through main entrance and turn left into circular driveway for guest registration and parking.

Varying in contemporary furnishings and decor, one-bedroom units accommodate four guests, two-bedroom units accommodate six guests, and three-bedroom units accommodate eight guests. These townhomes offer varying combinations of king, queen, double, single, and sofa beds. All units are multi-level and feature fireplaces and private balconies and/or patios. Amenities such as data ports and VCRs vary from unit to unit.

Breckenridge Cattle & Fish Company - This glass-enclosed steak and seafood restaurant overlooks Maggie Pond and the Rocky Mountains and offers a wide selection of scotch, bourbon, and cognac. Live entertainment occurs Thursday through Saturday evenings during ski season. Café Breck - Buffet breakfast and lunch are available. Park Avenue Pub - Fine wines, premium spirits, and microbrews are found in this smoke-free saloon with hardwood floors and an adjoining smoking lounge. The Maggie - Open winter only, this ski-in/ski-out spot is at the bottom of the Peak 9 Quicksilver Super6 chairlift and features an outdoor deck and grill and an indoor big-screen TV.
